Please put these dates in your diary or on your calendar. Exact times will be given nearer the date. (We cannot change the timetable)
(A £30 admin fee will apply to anyone needing to change the timetable)
Please complete the form and return it with payment made by BACS RAD + Child’s name as reference (amounts and bank details shown on THE email) no later than FRIDAY 24th May 2024
FAILURE TO RETURN PAYMENT AND FORM BY THIS DATE WILL MEAN THE STUDENT WILL NOT BE ENTERED FOR THE EXAM OR EXTRA COSTS INCURRED.
Places will be confirmed by email once we have received the completed form and payment.
